Drive full-lifecycle technical recruitment for enterprise clients across North America, UK, and India. Source, screen, and place premier software engineers, cloud architects, DevOps specialists, and data engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Tier-1 technology clients and high-growth venture-backed startups.
• Utilize advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and internal talent graphs to source top 5% engineering talent.
• Conduct preliminary technical screening, candidate competency interviews, and salary negotiation discussions.
• Collaborate directly with global hiring managers and technical leads to streamline time-to-hire metrics.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years in IT staffing agency or fast-paced corporate recruiting environment.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills for international client interaction.
