Role Overview

Architect and scale internal AI candidate matching algorithms, candidate dashboards, and enterprise client portals powering My Career Solutions' digital recruitment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build high-performance, responsive web interfaces and secure backend API microservices.
• Optimize data pipelines, resume parsing algorithms, and talent graph search indexing.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Maintain code quality, automated test coverage, and continuous deployment workflows.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong mastery of TypeScript, modern React hooks, Next.js App Router, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS/GCP cloud deployments, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
